◾此户型有单独的入户鞋柜收纳，拆除入户与厨房隔墙，改变入户动线，增加玄关功能分区，形
迂回动线。

◾将厨房移动至生活阳台位置，打开客餐厅空间尺寸及视野。

◾增加西厨 高柜 操作台，导台功能，实现LDK一体化设计，让厨房、西厨、餐厅三个空间形成
联动，多元化使用场景。

◾根据功能需要，主卧使用空间不够，把主卧改至下方2个次卧，打通连接，做主卧加衣帽间主
生套房，增加收纳。

◾屋主想要更大的书房及书柜,将主卧变成书房，实现落地大书架 ，双人大长书桌。

◾根据屋主生活习惯，把洗衣机干衣机设置在次卫生间干区。

厨房打开后，进门就是开阔的客餐厅区域，客厅整体色调上以白、灰、黑为基调，利用不同深浅的材料，家具软装，甚至是家电的展示面，利落地营造出层次丰富并富有质感的极简腔调。

电视墙立面有三个门结构较多，设计师利用材质、颜色、弧形结合处理让整个面主次分明富有节奏感，隐形门设计让整个面更符合简洁的调性。电视下面设计隐形电视柜收纳游戏设备，结合壁炉恰如其分的凸出几公分让电视墙更立体。阳台的门垛是剪力墙必须物理性存在，设计师采用弧形设计过渡自然，弱化梁柱。

The door stack of the balcony is a shear wall must exist physically, and the designer adopts the arc design to transition naturally and weaken the beam and column.

为了赋予空间更多的戏剧性，沙发背景采用了不锈钢材质，利用凹凸结构增加空间层次。不锈钢背景搭配弧线的布艺沙发，让客厅有了科幻电影的复古腔调。

西厨区域分担厨房功能，烤箱、冰箱外移留出厨房更多操作、收纳空间。餐厅也设置了储物柜，收纳生活中的日常杂物。餐厅在硬装上摒弃复杂的造型，以白色为主点缀黑色家具，在选用家具的时候尽显设计师心思，利用有结构变化的餐桌搭配不同样式的餐椅，让整体空间干练而有细节。

The restaurant also has lockers to store the daily clutter of life. The restaurant abandons the complex shape on the hard installation, mainly embellishes the black furniture with white, and shows the designer's mind when choosing furniture. The table with different styles of dining chairs is used with structural changes, so that the overall space is concise and detailed.

厨房移动到了生活阳台的位置，打开客厅视野，设计师在餐厅区域增加了西厨、高柜和操作台，实现LDK一体化。岛台和餐桌形成洄游动线，呈现不同模式的生活场景。屋主一直喜欢木质材质，设计师在餐厅墙植入了木质元素，增加空间温度。
