前言： 每个空间都有自己的故事，随着时光娓娓道来。原本三口之间又增加了新成员，作为二胎家庭既需要满足各自的独立空间，同时又需要在其中找到家人共处的空间平衡点。这是一套面积280平的复式住宅，面积能满足有一家四口使用，但原户型动线不流畅，空间划分不符合屋主使用需求。设计师将结构重塑，释放空间。

As a two-child family, they need to satisfy their own independent space and find the balance point of space for family coexistence. This is a duplex residence with an area of 280, the area can meet the needs of a family of four, but the original household type is not smooth, and the space division does not meet the needs of the owner. 设计重点：

◾原始一楼空间零碎，拆掉所有可拆墙体，让整个一楼空间连贯起来，形成多洄游动线。

◾重新规划楼梯，动线更合理，

◾一楼进门处原始储物间外移，释放餐厅空间，增加西厨岛台作为冷餐区，家庭聚餐或是接待朋
友，在这里交融着多元生活场景，新的储物间同时兼具设备间功能。

◾书房与阳台合并，形成大多能房，增设地台、鱼池、学习、阅读、游戏、喝茶...

◾书房与客厅模糊空间边界，增加空间层次。

◾二楼原始次卫位置不合理，结合主卫下沉区域，重新规划次卫。原有次卫区域设置二楼公共储
物柜，设置洗衣房。

◾主卧设置双衣帽间，男女主人分开收纳。

◾调整儿童房与阳台比例，满足居住功能，阳台与主卧共享。
