These architectural masters, spanning half a century, never ceased to explore and redefine residential spaces. Standing beside this grand residence overlooking the Pearl River, we are reminded of a line from "The Shape of Water," "Home is a feeling." Yes, through modern and contemporary creative methods, we aim to achieve a perfect balance between family atmosphere, spatial experience, and visual aesthetics.
这些跨越半个世纪的建筑大师们没有停止过住宅空间的感受，拆解与再定义。站在这间齐临珠江的大宅边，我们浮现的是《水形物语》中的台词，“家是一种感受”，是的，在现代与摩登的创作手法之上，我们更希望探讨家庭氛围，空间体验，与视觉美感之间的完美平衡。

The design philosophy of the ideal residence not only focuses on aesthetics but also emphasizes sustainability and the experience of the residents. We simplify and return to innocence, expressing a pure lifestyle attitude through sensitive and deconstruction design. We believe that the quality of life does not require luxurious embellishments but rather meticulous details and carefully selected materials. The use of environmentally friendly materials such as natural marble, solid wood, lime-based artistic coatings, and recycled glass not only gives the space a unique texture and visual impact but also enhances a healthier and more suitable living experience.
理想住宅的设计理念不仅关注美学，更注重可持续性和居住者的感受。我们去繁存简，回归纯真，通过感性而解构的设计来表达一种纯粹的生活态度。我们相信，生活的品质无需用豪华堆砌，而是通过细致入微的细节和精细筛选的材料来实现。天然大理石、天然实木、石灰基艺术涂料和再生玻璃等环保材料的使用，不仅赋予空间独特的质感和视觉冲击力，也带来了更加健康和适宜的居住体验。

With picturesque river views, the spacious and bright living room seamlessly connects to a semi-open kitchen and dining area, serving as the focal point for family interaction and communication. Whether cooking together with family or enjoying joyful moments in the living room, each moment is filled with warmth and beauty.
家庭是这座大宅设计的核心。在这里，我们精心打造了一个超大尺度的公共区域，满足家庭团聚与活动共享的需求。江景如画，宽敞明亮的客厅串联半开放式的餐厨空间成为家庭成员互动和交流的中心。无论是与家人一起烹饪美食，还是在客厅里共享欢乐时光，每一个瞬间都充满了温馨与美好。
