结合屋主喜好，从设计到选材，简约二字贯穿始终。空间形态上，力求规整有序，拆除原始格局中玄关处的隔墙，将原厨房空间归入餐厅，餐厅大气朗阔，进门时也毫无压抑之感。客餐厅不设阻隔，光线串联，色彩呼应，公共活动区浑然一体。到顶的房门，简约的电视墙、素色水泥砖，隐藏式管线，都迎合了屋主对简约自在空间的追求。
