前言： 这座两层半独立式住宅的翻新成功地将昏暗沉闷的空间转变为适合年轻家庭的明亮、通风和温馨的氛围。 首先也是最重要的是，整体调色板从高对比度的深棕色和白色更新为柔和的木棕色、浅灰色和白色，从而使室内更加明亮和协调。

每个家庭都需要一个焦点空间。 在典型的家庭中，这通常是起居区或用餐区。 这个家更进一步。 在儿童游乐区和起居区之外，从用餐区无缝延伸的是一个升高的长方体框架，高出地板两级。 一个超长的定制灰色柜台横跨两个空间，在用餐区形成一个合适的用餐空间，在一个新的内部庭院中形成一个日式“茶袱台”。 固定这张桌子的是一对枝繁叶茂的树，它们从桌面末端的一个圆孔中探出头来。 对于一个忙碌的年轻家庭来说，他们的父母需要长时间外出工作，庭院为他们的孩子带来了一点自然气息，让他们可以安全地享受。
就像孩子们的游戏角一样，庭院延续了房子的木材和灰色主题。 与瓷砖底层相比，它的木平台感觉温暖。 一家人可以选择坐在时尚的木椅上或坐在院子里的豪华圆形垫子上。 一组木格子折叠门打开了庭院和木板条岛式厨房之间的连接。 通过这种方式，它不仅可以与底层相邻的厨房、起居室和用餐区直接互动，还可以与上方的地板垂直互动，那里有一个软垫角落延伸到头顶。 这为家庭成员之间的轻松对话开辟了道路。

卧室延续了底层的极简主义美学。 两间儿童房保留了白色墙壁和木地板，但充满了乐趣，包括一面攀岩墙和一块全高的涂鸦黑板。 在主卧室里，沙灰色的推扣式橱柜使整面墙保持光滑且无把手。 它俯瞰着一张书桌，它兼作主床的弧形灰色床头板。 深色床单突出了床的形状。 在床后，一扇木格滑动门通向一个宽敞的步入式衣橱，与双人水槽、独立浴缸和梳妆台无缝融合，而玻璃屏风淋浴间和抽水马桶空间则隐藏在角落里。 总而言之，步入式衣柜和浴室几乎与主卧室一样大，使其成为一个奢华休息和放松的空间。
总的来说，这座房子以其最小的调色板，但丰富的视觉和触觉纹理，为居民创造了一个令人兴奋和温馨的环境。

An extra-long custom grey counter straddles both spaces, resulting in a proper dining space in the dining area and a Japanese-style “chabudai” – a low table – in a new internal courtyard.

the general colour palette was updated from one of high-contrast dark brown-and-white to soft timber brown, light gray, and white, thus brightening and harmonising the interior.

The walk-in-wardrobe and bathroom is almost as large as the master bedroom, making it a space for luxurious rest and relaxation in its own right.

Master bedroom, itoverlooks a study table, which doubles as a curved grey headboard for the master bed. A dark coverlet accentuates the form of the bed.
