前言： 本案的屋主是一个幸福的四口之家，两个女儿都到了就学的年纪，夫妻二人此前都在外地工作，这次回宁装修新居，为两个孩子打造一个美好的生活和学习环境。异地工作原因，设计及施工期间，业主都是全程委托我们，线上的沟通加之我们线下的跟踪对接，最终收获了这美美的温暖小屋......
居住需求
Living demand
1.设置玄关，同时容纳鞋柜收纳及穿衣镜
2.卫生间需要干湿分离
3.需要客房，父母可临时居住
4.两个女儿的房间，需综合考虑睡眠、学习和活动
5.主卧需要一个独立的办公桌
房型改造
Room renovation
1.入户的厨房，改造成为开放式，让空间更加的宽阔、通透
2.入户门厅与客餐厅空间设计高低差
3.南面两个房间的飘窗拆除，扩大了房间的实际使用空间
4.客房的原始墙体拆除，借主卧空间，薄墙砌筑，扩大房间的使用空间
5.取消原有阳台移门，设置休闲阳台
客厅、餐厅、开放式厨房，通过高差与地面材质进行空间划分
