设计师使用亚光面、纳帕皮革、金属以及布艺软装，配合素色材质，融入国际化的设计手法，强调精英品味的同时，着力打造空间的舒适性与实用性。

“云山伊宅”名字由屋主夫妇的名字中提取，制作专属屋主房子的“名片”

庭院 —— 休闲的露天院景，烧烤聚会的佳地。
锈板图案由设计师亲自挑选设计，点题“云山伊宅”的同时，让设计语境显得富有内涵，而不留于表面。
